As a recent college grad, I have many friends still looking for their dream job. Some of them almost gave up their search, until I convinced them that there’s an easier way to find opportunities that fit their selective criteria.

The new HotJobs module for My Yahoo! was the perfect guide on their job-quest, and it can be yours too. It acts as your personal recruiter; not only does it recommend jobs based on your interests, but it also allows you to search for job listings right from the module! You can even post updated resumes.
