Is everyone off their rocker? I WAS AT THE RACE! The heat and humidity was brutal! I couldn't help commenting on how insane it was, if not inhuman, to run those animals. Can anyone with a modecum of intelligence SEE that Big Brown just wasn't feeling up to running that day? Do the people in the Horse Racing association really think horses are like race cars? Plop a new hoof on, and he's ready to go? I can't believe the press even run w/ this story! What, is there nothing left to painfully over analyse? It's the "beating it like a dead horse" syndrome..c'mon already! Dutrow should get out of the business; he knows NOTHING about horses.
