this is a good initiative and as a Yahoo Fan I would really want to use a purple theme. However I find that the theme is not really usable on a long run. i use the yellow one because it does not have high contrast. Do you think you guys can make one that is mainly white with touches of purpples on the title bars for example?

And where on earth can I order this gorgeous Y! Bike !!!!!

I agree purole seems to be very in season and it does represent individualality. Those who love purple seem to be very out going and have their own special personality and creativeness with purple. But I have to sick with my own very special color Orange.

It’s wonderful! Purple is also a colour of royalty. Maybe you could make a purple theme also. It would be great!

I like the options for background choices, but have been missing my avatar on myyahoo page. It used to show up in the upper right hand corner, but after the yahoo mail update recently, it was gone on myyahoo as well. It seems a shame that yahoo offers a cool product like yahoo avatar, but doesn’t allow it to show up on all yahoo sites. I’ve used myyahoo for many years along with yahoo mail and recently started yahoo 360, all cool products that until lately all shared my avatar. I miss it!

…Eversince I could first recognize and distinguish color,..PURPLE was the first color to attract me,..or so my Mother says,..I am an Artist and use PURPLE themes in subject matter quite the bit….Good to know that it has truly gotten its rightful place of NOBILITY,..which is what the color represents,…in the design world today…..I have alwaya a PURPLE person…..
