Toolbar team and persuade them to do the same thing with all the application buttons for the Yahoo! Toolbar? It is even more imperative to have meaningful icons for each Yahoo! Toolbar application button, where each is displayed all the time, not just during a search while customizing. For an example, check out the "My eBay" application button. (I'm aware there are other eBay buttons with nicer icons, but none of them take you directly to your My eBay page, which is where any serious eBayer wants to start off.)
