Ok everyone… it’s the middle of January. It’s time to get back into shape after the holiday season, don’t ya think? We’ve got just the tool to help you look at those summer clothes with a little more confidence this year.
Use the new Diet Tracker module as your virtual personal trainer to help keep you on track as you shape up. It’s real easy; simply input your starting weight, your goal weight and date and click the “Track Diet” button.
Keep it going with personal “weigh ins” scheduled along the way. When you’re due for a weigh in, all you have to do is click the “Weigh Ins” link and track your progress!
Add the Diet Tracker module now!
Good luck and we’ll see you on the beach

awsome i just put it on my page i think it will help me stay on track do you guys think i can lose 30lbs in 2 months ???
Hi, I can get the diet tracker module to complete loading, help.
everyone has their own opinion… i personally don’t want to use the diet tracker. it adds pressure on you. for example: “i have to lose 50 lbs. in a month”
that’s not very good, in my opinion.
You should really make an HTML code for this so people can put this on their blogs as a widget, i think more people would use it that way…
hi, thanks for the tools
this look cool and different
added the tracker!
will run a test for the tracker
Thanks for still being here even though I had become a drop out ! Off we go….
Interesting ideas… I wonder how the Hollywood media would portray this?
the weigh in system is a genious idea. You don’t have to go to a meeting every week to track your progress, it makes you self accountable.
Hey. I would love to lose 10lbs in 3 weeks! Wish me luck!
