Though I'd share part of it since it has a repair ETA: "Our engineers are currently working on resolving this issue and we estimate that this will be fixed within 5-7 business days. Why not take the module off until you get the thing working properly? I just wasted a half hour for nothing. How about instead of "rss timed out" use the phrase, "it is broken and will be for some time until we get our act together?"
