Can you please tell us WHEN this will become available to those of us who can’t use the Yahoo browser? I have Vista, and your browser isn’t available for Vista.

Im not sure why, but, for At&t Yahoo, this is not an option. When you select background the only option is color. You dont have an option to click on image. Is this going to become available to us as well? It seems several people have asked this question but I dont see any responses.
